Samsung Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55 have been launched in India at a price of Rs 30,999.


 

Korean smartphone manufacturer Samsung has launched two new mid-range smartphones from the Galaxy A series: the Galaxy A35 and the Galaxy A55. These smartphones are the successors of the Galaxy A34 and Galaxy A54 smartphones launched in 2023.
The Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A5 smartphones are powered by proprietary Exynos chipsets and come with four years of promised Android updates.

The Samsung Galaxy A35 costs 30,999 yen for the 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage version and 33,999 yen for the 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage version. It comes in a cool ice blue, a cool lilac and a cool navy color option.

The Galaxy A55 is priced at 39,999 yen for the 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage version, 42,999 yen for the 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage version, and 45,999 yen for the 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage version. It comes in a cool ice blue and a cool navy color option.


SAMSUNG GALAXY A35 AND GALAXY A55 SPECIFICATIONS



The Samsung Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55 run on Android 14 with One UI 6.1 proprietary interface. The devices promise to receive Android updates for four years and security updates for five years.

The new Galaxy A series smartphones have a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. While the Galaxy A55 comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection, the Galaxy A35 screen protector is missing.
The Galaxy A35 is powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset, while the Galaxy A55 is powered by the Exynos 1480 chipset. The Galaxy A35 is available in two variants: 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB, while the Galaxy A55 also gets a third variant. 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.

The Galaxy A35 has a triple camera setup with a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 5MP macro sensor. There is a 13 MP selfie camera on the front of the device.
The Galaxy A55, on the other hand, has a triple camera setup with a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 5MP macro sensor. A 32 MP selfie camera is available for video calls.
