This will be a big year for wearable computing devices, particularly Apple's Vision Pro headset. However, Meta still offers two great options for VR as opposed to Apple's ambitious "spatial computing."
In the last two years, the company has released two headsets, the Meta Quest 3 and the Meta Quest Pro, both aimed at very different user groups. Meta Quest 3 is an evolution of its popular predecessor, offering games and experiences at a much more detailed level, while Quest Pro is a great way to work or develop on a high-quality of life VR platform. We concentrate more. For users who want: Features that deserve the name “Pro”.
Both models are featured in our guide to the best VR headsets, but we've provided an overview of each headset below to help you decide which is right for you.

SIMILARITIES
Whether you're using Meta Quest 3 or Meta Quest Pro, you probably won't notice much of a difference in how you interact with the headset.
Because the user interface and the interface are the same, you can access the same MetaStore applications, services, and functions from one to the other. Now both don't require a Facebook account, but a Meta account does.
Both offer mixed reality capabilities but are still in development. Having creatures appear in your living room is fun, but what does Apple expect from the (admittedly very expensive) Vision Pro? You still move with controllers, and while there is some manual tracking, it's not as consistent as many would like. However, there are differences between the controllers.
REASONS TO BUY META QUEST 3
At $500, it's hard to call anything a bargain, but compared to many VR headsets (including the Quest Pro), the Quest 3 is hard to pass up for its value for money. That's one of the reasons why it's at the top of our guide to the best VR headsets.
For an extra $150, you get 512GB of storage instead of the base 128GB, but whichever option you choose, you're getting a new, more consumer-friendly headset that's much cheaper than the Pro. You can put it in there.
It has a huge library of games and apps, lets you watch 360-degree videos, play Beat Saber with your friends, and more, but it's not as convenient as the Pro.
REASONS TO BUY META QUEST PRO
If you're looking to work in virtual reality, there's little better than the Meta Quest Pro. Whether you're traveling with a charging dock equipped with headphones and controllers, using eye tracking for morning meetings, or wanting to open more apps with more RAM, there's a lot to appreciate here - right, in a lower resolution than the newer, cheaper one. model. Models, task 3.
The price scares a lot of people away, but the Quest Pro's comfort far exceeds that of the Quest 3.
